Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be accompanied by original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for check or cash sales will be made via refund check, issued within 30 days of the refund request date. Just Cabinets Furniture & More reserves the right to refund cash sales under $50 in cash. All credit card sales will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Store Credit/Gift Cards/Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Returns after 30 days will be accepted solely at the discretion of Just Cabinets Furniture & More and will be issued on store credit only.
Special Order Furniture, Cabinetry, Vanities & Countertops:?
In addition to the above terms, Special Order Furniture returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Given the uniqueness of every project, special order cabinet, vanity or countertop returns are not accepted.
Mattresses, Box Springs, Pillows & Mattress Protectors:?
No refunds will be issued. After the factory sealed bag or box is broken, these items cannot be returned. If the factory sealed bag or box is not broken, an exchange can be made and a store credit will be issued towards another purchase. Defective mattresses and box springs will be replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer and their warranties. Any damaged or defective claims must be made within 7 days of purchase. All shipping fees and re-delivery fees must be paid for by the consumer.
Appliances & Electronics:
Returns or refunds are not accepted. Manufacturer warranty applies.
Additional Terms for Online Purchases:
JUST CABINETS FURNITURE & MORE stands behind the quality and value of everything we sell. Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. Each JUST CABINETS FURNITURE & MORE package is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to fully open and inspect your purchase upon receipt. In the event that visible damage occurs in transit or you find any defect, we ask that you contact the freight carrier within 7 days.
Should a manufacturing defect occur with your order, please contact us within 30 days so we may promptly resolve the issue. JUST CABINETS FURNITURE & MORE will make every attempt to provide replacement parts at no charge. Should parts not be available, JUST CABINETS FURNITURE & MORE will issue a return authorization except as otherwise indicated in these Terms. MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you must notify JUST CABINETS FURNITURE & MORE within 30 days of receipt of the product. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL FREIGHT (THIS INCLUDES THE SHIPPING FEE THAT WE INCURRED IN SENDING PRODUCT TO YOUR RESIDENCE, PLUS THE SHIPPING FEE BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE) PLUS A $25 RESTOCKING FEE. RETURN PRODUCT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED AFTER 30 DAYS.
