Privacy Policy
All information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, traded, loaned or otherwise disclosed. Just Cabinets does not sell, share, or otherwise disclose any personally identifiable information, including your name, address or email address to any third parties. Only Just Cabinets or authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site. While you may use our web site without providing any personally identifiable information, you will not be able to receive informational emails from Just Cabinets if you do not provide that information.
Privacy of our email lists:
Just Cabinets maintains an email list to keep the public informed about new products, store sales and other such promotional news. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but Just Cabinets personnel and our authorized agents.
Unsubscribing from our email lists:
If you believe that you have been placed on one of our email lists by someone else, would like to remove yourself from our lists, you may unsubscribe here.
Collection of browser information on our web site:
In order to improve the value of our web site for our users, Just Cabinets uses 3rd party software to analyze site traffic. This software does not provide statistics that can be analyzed by any user; rather we assess this information on an aggregate basis only.
Security:
Just Cabinets has security measures in place to protect against the loss or misuse of your personal identifiable information. Although we will make every effort to keep your information secure and private, there is always some risk in providing personally identifiable information over the Internet.
Children (under the age of 13):
Just Cabinets takes children's privacy seriously. We do not seek to collect personal information about children through our website. If we become aware that a person submitting information to us through any part of our website is a child, we delete the information as soon as we discover it and do not use it for any purpose, nor do we disclose it to third parties. Since we do not seek to collect any personal information about children, and we delete information collected inadvertently as soon as we discover that a child has submitted it, we typically retain no information about children that could be reviewed or deleted. If a parent requests review or deletion of information about their child before we have discovered and deleted the information, we will of course honor that request.
